🧵关于手工制作 | About Handmade Products

· 所有作品均为纯手工制作，可能存在轻微尺寸误差、线头、胶痕等，属于正常现象，不影响美观。
· 实物可能与图片存在细微差异，但我们保证每一件作品都用心完成。
· All items are handmade individually, so slight variations in size, threads, or glue marks may occur. These are normal and do not affect the overall appearance.

⏳制作与发货时间 | Processing & Shipping Time

· 通常订单会在 2-3周内完成并寄出。
· 请勿催单，如您需要特定日期前收到，请务必在下单时说明。
· Orders are typically completed and shipped within 2-3 weeks.
· Please do not request expedited processing. If you need an order by a specific date, please inform us at the time of ordering.

🚀急单服务（额外收费）| Rush Order Service (Additional Fee)

· 如需在一周内收货，视为急单，需支付急单费用：
· 1-3件：RM20/单
· 4-5件：RM40/单
· 不接玩偶、复杂及多细节钩织品急单
玩偶、复杂图案及精细钩织品（如：大型玩偶、多部件组装品、需要大量绣花或细节处理的作品）因其制作工艺繁复，需要经过分件钩织、填充、缝合、组装及细节修饰等多道工序。为确保每一件作品的质量与完美度，我们无法为此类作品提供急单服务，恳请谅解。
· If you need your order within 1 week, it is considered a rush order and will incur a fee:
· 1-3 items: RM20/order
· 4-5 items: RM40/order
· No rush orders for dolls, complex and detailed crochet items
Due to the intricate craftsmanship involved, items such as dolls, complex patterns, and detailed crochet works (e.g., large dolls, multi-part assemblies, pieces requiring extensive embroidery or detailing) require multiple steps including piece-by-piece crocheting, stuffing, sewing, assembling, and detailing. To ensure the quality and perfection of each piece, we are unable to offer rush service for such items. Thank you for your understanding.

📦邮费与收货 | Shipping & Receiving

· 西马邮费：RM8（0.5kg以内）
· 东马邮费：RM16（0.5kg以内）
· 发货前我们会发送成品照片确认，确认后恕不接受退换或修改。
· West Malaysia: RM8 (<0.5kg)
· East Malaysia: RM16 (<0.5kg)
· We will send a photo of the finished product before shipping. No changes or refunds are allowed after confirmation.

💳付款与订单 | Payment & Orders

· 订单需在24小时内付款，逾期将自动取消。
· 付款确认后才会开始制作，可加单但不可取消或修改。
· 所有作品均可定制颜色，部分更改可能需额外收费。
· Full payment must be made within 24 hours, or the order will be cancelled.
· Production begins only after payment is confirmed. You may add items but cannot cancel or modify the order.
· Colors can be customized. Some changes may require additional fees.
